What does Scania COO fault code 31 mean?
The communication between the coordinator and the GMS control unit has been interrupted.
What causes Scania DTC 31?
The fault may be due to: - Open circuit for the red CAN bus. - Short circuit or open circuit in the GMS control unit power supply - Internal fault in the GMS control unit
How does the system react?
The reversing light will not work while the fault is active.
How to fix Scania COO fault code 31?
- Check the red CAN bus wiring and harness-to-harness connectors.
- Check the circuit for the GMS control unit power supply (30) and the circuit for the GMS control unit's activation signal (15).
