What does Scania EME fault code 4505 mean?
The injector code does not contain any acceptable values.
What causes Scania DTC 4505?
The engine control unit cannot handle the injector code version.
How does the system react?
While the fault code is active, the control unit will not carry out the individual adaptation of the injectors. The control unit cannot correct for manufacturing tolerances. The test is carried out when the control unit is activated.
How to fix Scania EME fault code 4505?
Switch to an injector with the correct part number for the chassis serial number.
