What causes Scania DTC 1300?

- Fault in the spark plug. - Fault in cable harness or connector. - Fault in the ignition coil. - Fault in ignition module E104. - Fault in injector. - Fault in the gas regulator. - Fault in one or more valves in the fuel system. - Fault in the gas supply system. - EGR valve stuck in open position. - Leakage in the intake system. - Fault in the lambda sensor. - Wrong lambda value or fuel quality. - Fault in mass flow sensor T126. - Blocked catalytic converter or high exhaust back pressure.

What are the symptoms?

- Limited engine performance. - The vehicle is losing power. - Yellow warning indication and MIL is displayed.

How to fix Scania EMS fault code 1300?

  1. Check if there are any electrical faults with the ignition coil.
  2. Check ignition module E104.
  3. Check injectors V141-V146.
  4. Check if there are any electrical faults in the injectors.
  5. Check the gas tank and gas supply.
  6. On valve block V107, check the proportional valve that controls the EGR valve.
  7. Check the inlet system.
  8. Check the lambda sensor.
  9. Check the fuel adaptation.
  10. Check mass flow sensor T126.
  11. Check the catalytic converter and the exhaust system.
