What causes Scania DTC 1377?

Fault on the harness-to-component connector or cable harness to the EEC control unit.

What are the symptoms?

The system will stop dosing reductant if the battery voltage is too low.

How to fix Scania GEN fault code 1377?

  1. Check the harness-to-component connectors and cable harness of the EEC control unit.
  2. For engines with NOx control Verification Start the engine.
  3. Switch off the engine.
  4. Turn the key to the start position.
  5. If the fault has been rectified, the fault code becomes passive.
