The secondary temperature sensor in the roof air duct indicates an implausible value.
What causes Scania DTC 848?
- Fault in the temperature sensor. - The temperature sensor has short-circuited.
What are the symptoms?
- The air flow to the passenger area is too hot or too cold. - The temperature displayed in the instrument cluster does not correspond to the actual temperature in the passenger area.
How to fix Scania MBS fault code 848?
- Check the temperature sensor's cable harness and harness-to-component connector.
- Check the temperature sensor.
- Renew the temperature sensor.
