How to fix Scania MGU fault code 2816?

  1. Clear the fault code.
  2. Turn the starter key to the lock position and back to the drive position in order to restart the control unit.
  3. Update the software to the latest version.
  4. Renew the electric machine if the fault recurs.
  5. When renewing the electric machine, run Calibrating electric machine rotor position.
