What causes Scania DTC 6217?

The gearbox control unit, pin 49, has detected that the voltage is, or has been, below 0.5 V.

How to fix Scania ZF fault code 6217?

  1. Check the signal to pin 49 in the connector for the gearbox control unit.
  2. Check the resistor for retarder B16.
