What does Scania ABS fault code 66 mean?
Deviating speed signal from the wheel on the right-hand side of the driving rear axle.
What causes Scania DTC 66?
The tyre in the circuit in question is the wrong dimension.
How does the system react?
If the circumference of a wheel is changed, the rotation speed of this wheel will deviate from that of the other wheels. As a result the ABS control cannot function normally. When the fault is active, the hill hold function ceases to function, if applicable
How to fix Scania ABS fault code 66?
- Check the tyre pressures and make sure the tyres are not damaged.
- Check also that the vehicle tyres meet with vehicle specifications.
