What does Scania BCS fault code 25 mean?
Incorrect signal from the T589 flow sensor in the power steering circuit.
What causes Scania DTC 25?
Flow sensor is defective or has an open circuit in the cable harness.
How does the system react?
Tag axle cannot be controlled when the flow sensor in the power steering circuit has an incorrect signal.
How to fix Scania BCS fault code 25?
- Check the flow sensor, connections and cable harness.
- Check the voltage between the flow sensor output signal and earth, with the engine off.
- The flow sensor must be earthed when there is no flow in the power steering circuit.
