What does Scania ELC fault code 70 mean?
The voltage on the output to the solenoid valve has been too low.
What causes Scania DTC 70?
This fault code is generated if the solenoid valve and/or cable harness has been shorted to ground. This fault code can also be generated if there is a short circuit between two or more activated solenoid valves.
How does the system react?
If the fault occurs there will be no standby function, load transfer and automatic level correction. Only emergency functions work. The yellow warning symbol is on when the fault is active.
How to fix Scania ELC fault code 70?
Check the cable harness for damage and incorrect connections and make sure the solenoid valve is intact.
