- Poor quality of FAME fuel. - Fault in the fuel sensor or fuel sensor connection.

Limited vehicle speed.

How to fix Scania EMD fault code 4099?

  1. Check that the fuel tank is filled with FAME.
  2. See WSM > 03 Fuel and Exhaust Systems > 03-00 Fuel and Exhaust Systems, Assembly > Fuel > Control
  3. Measuring the Density of Diesel.
  4. Check the fuel sensor and fuel sensor connection.
  5. Renew the fuel sensor.
