What does Scania EMO fault code 405 mean?
Unknown fault in the oil level sensor.
What causes Scania DTC 405?
- Fault in the oil temperature sensor. - Fault in the harness-to-component connector or cable harness to the oil temperature sensor.
What are the symptoms?
May lead to inconsistent behaviour with regards to engine oil level warning indication.
How to fix Scania EMO fault code 405?
- Check the oil level sensor, harness-to-component connectors and cable harness.
- Renew the oil level sensor.
