The camshaft position sensor is short-circuited to battery voltage.

The fault may be due to short circuit to battery voltage.

The engine management system uses an alternative strategy to keep track of engine phases. Gas engine: The engine is difficult to start.
How to fix Scania EMO fault code 835?
- Check the camshaft position sensor harness-to-component connectors and cable harness.
- Renew the camshaft position sensor.
