What does Scania EMU fault code 4152 mean?
The control unit indicates that there is a high risk of overheating.
What causes Scania DTC 4152?
- Low refrigerant level. - Leakage in the A/C cooling circuit. - Defective refrigerant compressor E158. - Pressure and temperature sensors T252 or T259 give the wrong value. - Defective expansion valve on evaporator.
How does the system react?
A yellow warning indication is displayed.
What are the symptoms?
- Refrigerant compressor E158 stops working. - Impaired battery cooling. - Impaired truck cab acclimatisation. - Risk of limited battery performance in hot or cold climates.
How to fix Scania EMU fault code 4152?
- Fill with refrigerant if necessary.
- Check the refrigerant compressor and remedy related fault codes.
- Check the pressure and temperature sensor T252 and T259.
- Check evaporator.
- Renew defective components if necessary.
