What does Scania ICL fault code 2310 mean?
The supply voltage for lighting the instrument cluster button panels is too high.
What causes Scania DTC 2310?
- The load on the cable harness is more than 1.5 amperes. - Short circuit to ground in cable harness.
How does the system react?
The voltage supply is inactive.
How to fix Scania ICL fault code 2310?
- Disconnect a number of LED-lamps from the cable harness.
- Check the cable harness.
- Once the fault has been actioned, deactivate and activate the wake-up signal to reactivate the pin.

Detection
The supply voltage for lighting the instrument cluster button panels is too high.
Possible cause
The cause can be one of the following: - The load on the cable harness is more than 1.5 amperes. - Short circuit to ground in cable harness.
System reaction
The voltage supply is inactive. Once the fault has been rectified, switch the wake-up signal off and on to reactivate the pin.
How to fix
- Disconnect a number of components from the cable harness (i.e. the LED lamps).
- Check the cable harness.
