What does Scania MCC fault code 41008 mean?
The voltage supply to the temperature control actuator has been lost.
What causes Scania DTC 41008?
- Fault in the cable harness between the control unit and the actuator for temperature control. - Fault in the temperature control actuator.
What are the symptoms?
The climate system cannot control the cab temperature properly. The actual cab temperature may therefore differ from the set temperature. Components on the LIN bus are connected to the control unit in series via harness-to-harness connectors. A fault in components connected to the cable harness earlier can therefore affect the functionality of components connected later.
How to fix Scania MCC fault code 41008?
- Check the cable harness between the control unit and the actuator for temperature control.
- If no fault is found, renew the actuator.
