What causes Scania DTC 34560?

- Blocked fuel filter. - Defective solenoid valve for low pressure V175. - Fault in the gas regulator. - Fuel pressure in tank too low. - Limited fuel supply from tank.

How does the system react?

A yellow warning indication is displayed.

What are the symptoms?

The fault affects engine performance. Misfiring occurs. The engine may stop.

How to fix Scania OCS fault code 34560?

  1. Check that the pressure in the tanks is at least 50 bar.
  2. If the pressure is lower than 50 bar, refuel the vehicle.
  3. Check the tank, gas level and gas regulator.
  4. Renew the gas regulator.
  5. Check that the pressure in the tanks is at least 10 bar.
  6. If the pressure is lower than 10 bar, make sure that the vehicle has been refuelled to the correct fuel pressure.
  7. If the vehicle has been refuelled correctly, a low tank pressure may be due to leakage between the high pressure solenoid valve and tank or one of the relief valves may have triggered prematurely or be leaking.
  8. Run Check fuel supply to determine whether the fault is on the low pressure side or the tank side and follow the instructions in the wizard for further proposed actions. |
