What does Scania OCS fault code 37632 mean?
The fuel pressure has dropped too much in a short period of time.
What causes Scania DTC 37632?
- The fault code can be activated if the fuel system is drained by running the engine with closed taps. - Major gas leakage in the high pressure section of the fuel system. - Fault in high pressure sensor T140. - Fault in the gas regulator.
How does the system react?
A red warning indication is displayed.
How to fix Scania OCS fault code 37632?
- Check the vehicle speed and engine speed when the fault code is activated during the signal for Vehicle speed and Engine speed.
- If vehicle speed was 0 and the engine speed was at idling or higher, this is due to draining of the fuel system.
- Fill the fuel system and delete the fault code.
- If both values were 0 or if the vehicle speed exceeded 0, the reason is gas leakage, sensor fault or gas regulator fault.
- Continue with the following steps.
- Run Leak testing the fuel system.
- Check the high pressure sensor.
- Check the gas regulator.
