What does Scania ABS fault code 20 mean?

The current in the wheel circuit on the left-hand side of the front axle has been above the permitted level.

What causes Scania DTC 20?

Damage to the wheel speed sensor or its wiring has caused a short-circuit to ground.

How does the system react?

ABS, TC and hill hold function cease to function, if applicable. The warning lamp comes on.

How to fix Scania ABS fault code 20?

  1. Check the wheel speed sensor and its cabling.
  2. The resistance between the circuit pin and earth must be at least 200 kohms.
