What does Scania ACS fault code 528 mean?
Voltage supply to the control unit is higher than permitted.
What causes Scania DTC 528?
- Jump start has been used. - Fault in the control unit connection to the voltage supply. - Fault in the vehicle electric power supply.
How to fix Scania ACS fault code 528?
- If the vehicle has started with a jump start, this fault code can be ignored.
- Use a multimeter to measure the battery voltage and compare the voltage measured with the control unit signal for voltage supply.
- Check connections and cable harness for voltage supply and ground.
- Check the vehicle electric power supply.
