How to fix Scania CMS fault code 533?

  1. Check: Cable harness and connections to the starter battery relay (located in the battery box).
  2. The starter battery relay is connected to the CMS control unit pins A33 (signal) and A31 (ground).
  3. Starter battery relay (R105).
