What does Scania CTR fault code 18 mean?
Fault in the CAN communication.
What causes Scania DTC 18?
Short circuit in the cable for CAN communication or fault on other control unit on the green CAN bus.
How to fix Scania CTR fault code 18?
- Check harness-to-harness connectors and cable harnesses.
- Check other control units on the green CAN bus.
- Delete the fault code and the restart CTS unit.
- If necessary, renew the CTS unit.
