Short circuit or overload on the horn output signal.

How does the system react?

Horn is inoperative. Every time the function is activated, the current consumption on the control unit output is checked. If the current consumption is too high, the output is switched off and a fault code is registered.

Check whether the horn and the cable harness are short circuited to ground.
