How to fix Scania EME fault code 112?

  1. Compare the temperature between the main mirror and wide-angle mirror heater element on the driver's side H2, the main mirror and wide-angle mirror heater element on the passenger side H3 and the temperature sensor in the intake manifold (T126 or T202).
  2. Check the harness-to-component connectors and cable harness of the main mirror and wide-angle mirror heater element on the driver's side H2.
  3. Renew the main mirror and wide-angle mirror heater element on the driver's side H2.
  4. Verification To verify that the fault has been rectified, drive the vehicle at more than 30 km/h for more than 2 minutes.
  5. If the fault has been rectified, the fault code becomes inactive and can be cleared.
