What causes Scania DTC 152?

There is a short circuit to battery or open circuit in the sensor.

What are the symptoms?

Engine power could be affected. There is a risk of black smoke.

How to fix Scania EME fault code 152?

  1. Check the sensor harness-to-component connectors and cable harness.
  2. Measure the resistance of the sensor.
  3. The resistance should be approx.
  4. 2,5 kohms at 20°C.
  5. Measure the sensor voltage supply.
  6. The voltage should be approximately 5 V when the sensor is disconnected.
