How to fix Scania EST fault code 582?

  1. Check the hydraulic fluid level.
  2. Top up if necessary and check for leaks in the system.
  3. Check the cable harness and connections.
  4. Check the hydraulic fluid sensor by disconnecting the connection and measure the resistance.
  5. At the right hydraulic fluid level, resistance should be 0 ohms and when the level is too low it should be infinite (open circuit).
