No CAN messages from the torque converter.
What causes Scania DTC 786?
The torque converter is not connected to the CAN bus. Incorrect parameter settings in the instrument cluster.
How does the system react?
Yellow indicator lamp for the torque converter lights up.
How to fix Scania ICL fault code 786?
- Check the connection to the torque converter.
- Check the red CAN bus cable harness and harness-to-harness connectors.
- Check the EOL parameter settings in the instrument cluster.
