What does Scania LAS fault code 517 mean?
The bodywork motion sensor has no communication with control unit pin C4.
What causes Scania DTC 517?
- Open circuit in cable harness or fault in component (T94). - Internal fault in the control unit.
How does the system react?
The bodywork motion sensor is not used.
How to fix Scania LAS fault code 517?
- Check the cable harness and harness-to-harness connectors.
- Check the motion sensor.
