The control unit has detected an internal memory fault.
What causes Scania DTC 515?
- Software error. - Exposure to extensive electromagnetic radiation or other surge voltage.

The system performs a restart and should then function normally.

How to fix Scania DCU fault code 515?
- If the fault code is activated occasionally, no action is needed.
- If the fault code is triggered frequently, check whether non-approved electrical installations are connected to the vehicle.
- Disconnect any such installations.
