What does Scania EST fault code 527 mean?
The fault code is activated when the system detects a higher current than expected in the circuit.
What causes Scania DTC 527?
- Short-circuit in circuit or short-circuit to ground. - Faulty solenoid valve.
What are the symptoms?
The solenoid valve is deactivated and the operating mode valve reverts to the open position to enable caster steering if necessary.
How to fix Scania EST fault code 527?
- Check the cable harness and connections.
- Check the solenoid valve by measuring resistance.
