What does Scania ESTA fault code 519 mean?
Internal fault.
What causes Scania DTC 519?
- Temporary software fault. - Internal fault in the control unit.
What are the symptoms?
Other fault codes may be activated in the control unit, e.g. 547, 548 and 598.
How to fix Scania ESTA fault code 519?
- Let the system carry out a diagnostic self-test.
- Apply the parking brake and then turn the 15 voltage off and on with the starter key.
- Drive the vehicle and check whether the fault code recurs.
- If the fault code does not recur, the fault was probably temporary.
- If the fault code recurs, renew the control unit.
